Initial Consultation

The Initial Consultation is an opportunity for you to tell me why you are looking for help and allow me to best assess how I can help you. It will also include a taster of the relaxing Hypnotherapy to give you an idea of what to expect in future sessions. This consultation costs £50.00.

Sessions

Most sessions last up to one hour and cost £50.00.

During the Initial Consultation I will make it clear whether you need one session or a series of sessions and this plan will be reviewed throughout.

Stopping Smoking Sessions

These sessions last up to two hours and have an additional booster session pre-booked which will last up to one hour. The cost of this is £165.00.

Payment Terms

Payment is in the form of cash or BACS prior to the session.
